The Design Process
You are an active participant in the design/redesign process. With our simple, step-by-step process, great interior design has never been easier. Once you have a free personal consultation, we’ll send an estimate for approval and schedule an online or over-the-phone consultation with one of our interior designers. Following the personal consultation, your BoxeDesigns consultant will develop an initial design plan. Together, we will work to adjust this plan and create the room of your dreams.
Implementation
No design is complete without implementation. Once your room design is finalized, you have two approaches: do-it-yourself and traditional. If the do-it-yourself approach is your style, you will receive a box complete with:
- inspiration boards
- room/floor plans
- color palettes
- samples of fabrics or like items needed for design
- information “cheat” sheet for items to purchase
If the do-it-yourself approach does not fit your lifestyle, we offer traditional hands-on design services. A designer will be hands on, face-to-face throughout the project to help you implement the design.
Professional Associate Network
Once you approve the design plan, if you are in need of drapery, flooring, painting, faux finishing, muralists or other associates, we will match you with the best associate for your project needs. While our goal is to fulfill your vision within the budget you provide, sometimes the price of a product or the fee for a professional service, such as mural work, may exceed the initial project budget you outlined. In this event, we will not proceed with any purchases or artwork implementation without your written approval.
